**ABSTRACT**
Wisk’s mission is to make everyday travel by air safe and accessible for everyone. Wisk is working on the Generation 6 aircraft, a fully electric, self flying, passenger carrying aircraft. The high levels of automation will allow Wisk to operate according to the m:N concept of operations, which describes how a group of m humans are responsible for the execution of N flights where N is greater than m.
Mark Shikerman, Wisk’s Human Factors Engineering Manager, will give an overview of the company and its plans, and focus on the Human-Machine Interaction aspects of designing and testing a novel system that will enable safe and scalable m:N operations.
